"It was a good vacation place close to the beach especially for families and the staff were very helpful ( Roger, Marybell, Diana) to mention but a few. My only call out would be to have a restaurant that serves food up to 11-12 am, we could not get proper food after 10 pm and we could not order room service from the kitchen as well but all in all, it was a good vacation spot and I would visit again. "The room was clean, beautiful, and looked exactly like the pictures! The staff was amazing, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The balcony had an amazing view of both the pool and the bay, which made the experience even better. Just a heads-up, the pool wasn’t very deep, but that didn’t take away from our stay at all. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely come back!"

"We got the all-inclusive package for a family of four; my wife, my son and daughter and I. The food was phenomenal. All of the restaurants were quite excellent with the exception of the circus, which primarily catered to kids so expect kitty style menu and food there. Top restaurant in our opinion was Habibi and a close second would be the steakhouse. The grand buffet was excellent and we often went there for breakfast or lunch. Our room was next to the waterpark - a blast for the kids- and it was so easy to get around even though the resort is quite gigantic. Highly recommend this place for families, but do yourself a favour and avoid any invitations to listen to any membership ideas because it will be a complete waste of time unless you wanna pay what appears to be the equivalent of a small mortgage to get a membership at the resort. Don’t waste your time take a chance to go and see some dolphins, this was an excellent excursion for the kids and we loved every minute of it even though it was a 40 minute drive to the location. The jungle adventure or Safari was also quite good and the is another tour that involves snorkelling in a lagoon which we heard was quite good. Our room was fantastic and cool and all of the amenities in the all-inclusive package where top-notch. My wife and I often had a few drinks late at night after the kids went to bed and got room service, which was always fresh and delicious and fast."

"The Haven Rivera was immaculate, beautiful, and well appointed. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of. The staff is amazing, always asking if you need anything. As expected with an all-inclusive, the drinks were steadily flowing and overall, the food was very good. Our favorite meal was the hibachi at Satsu. There’s always seating by the pool, we mostly went to the entertainment pool with the DJ and activities. Pools were exceptionally clean, plenty of towels stocked, and excellent poolside bars and service (the mojitos were amazing) The other guests at the resort were friendly, social, and always up for a game of pool volleyball or a chat. I went with my 18 year old daughter and it wasn’t overly couples if you know what I mean. There were other girls and guys trips and we ended up making friends with quite a few people. The resort is diverse and inclusive which we loved! My 18 year old already wants to go back in February with her friend. The only drawback is the beach. Because of where it’s geographically located, the beach/ocean is not swimable when the sargassum seaweed takes over. So if being in the ocean on the beach is your goal, this isn’t your place. But everything else is amazing!!!"

"The place was clean amazing the people are amazing. The workers are amazing. The management is amazing what I don’t like. Is the food. They gotta get better. Majority of it is cold. It’s never hot. The sweets are good. The music I felt like they rise white people over us. I was there for six days. I had to complain in the front desk for them to change their music. They have to play music for teenagers as well. You know not just grown old people that are amazing there because they are it’s just the music needs to change but other than that, the costume, the people, The Place the workers I give them a 10 out of 10. Hope things change when it comes to the music entertainment is great as well could do more entertainment, but they are amazing."

"The rooms were well maintained. Cleaning staff was on point daily! The wait staff and entertainment crew were 5 stars, fabulous!! The food was what you would expect from an all inclusive hotel. My only big complaint is the pool access. There was no easy way into and out of the pool for someone who is disabled(like I am)."

"My sister and I ha e tra yelled to Mexico together for yrs but never truly satisfied but I recommend iberostar 100%. Everything was perfect. Food ama,ing, people always so happy and willing to help with any need. Being disabled makes it hard for us to travel but they did everything to make it wonderful We even made some great new friends from the staff. It was beautiful. Lester the Gm. Was so friendly and helpful, Javier and Ramone in Buffet along with a wonderful young woman. Man that did towels always made us smile. Even rosey and Michelle went out of there was to bring us in some pepsi. It was amazing. We love you all and will be back. Xoxo the Blonde Sisters Sheila & Shelley"
